amy and derek just got married in telluride, colorado!! they are great friends of mine and i was completely honored when they asked me to be their photographer.

so we decided to have a little fun and do some bridals for amy in dallas, at her parent’s fabulous house on white rock lake. and then we would shoot a few in telluride the week of the wedding.

amy was a stunning bride who is a complete natural in front of the camera. so i am very excited to share these!!

well, after a relaxing Christmas and new year, elle and i are back to work.

we leave this morning for wyoming, and then down to telluride, colorado to shoot a wedding…

no complaints here… i am really excited to get to shoot a wedding in one of my absolute favorite places in the world!

can’t wait to share cute Amy’s bridals, and the images of Derek and Amy’s wedding week in telluride!

they are an incredibly fun, cute couple…

and it’s always nice to have a good excuse to go spend some time in funky town… gotta love ft. worth!

i met kathryn and jordan at white rock lake a few weeks ago for their engagements, one of my absolute favorite spots in dallas.

actually, it’s where my wife and i did our engagements, her bridals, and had our wedding reception… i knew i liked these two!

i had a great time getting to know them. and i’m really looking forward to their wedding in march!

sarah and andrew just got married last weekend, and it was one of the most visually stunning weddings i have ever seen!

the ceremony was at the belmont hotel and the reception at the trinity river audubon center. so cool.

cassie and collin are an extrememly fun couple. goofy might even be an appropriate description.

they absolutely know how to have fun, and make each other laugh – one thing that i have learned is VERY important in a relationship!

it is also clear that they adore each other… and that, too, is very important…

needless to say, cassie and collin and my wife and i had a blast together shooting their save the dates at white rock and the state fair of texas!

katherine and justin have now been happily married for the last few weeks… i meant to get their wedding photos posted to the blog sooner, but it’s been really busy!

so without any further adieu, katherine’s beautiful wedding at perkins chapel on the smu campus, with reception at the belo mansion… enjoy!
